If you join the early-access waitlist, we collect your name, email address, optional phone number, property ZIP code, and neighborhood. If you complete the homeowner survey, we collect the answers you choose to submit. We also record basic website analytics such as page views, survey clicks, and campaign parameters from links or QR codes.
We use this information to understand demand in Westridge and Northridge, to design the service, and—if you check the early-access box—to contact you about launch and early-access details. We do not add you to unrelated marketing programs and we do not sell your information.
The survey is hosted on a third-party form service. Responses are stored with that service and reviewed by our team.
